Medieval Giant Bag End section 5

FULL SECTION 5
The 5th construction phase connects to the left of the living room, thus continuing the Bag End cave. This highly varied section, with its individual modules, includes everything a kitchen underground needs, including a well, septic tank, cooking areas, oven, cupboards, a fully equipped table, a bench, a library, and plenty of everyday necessities. For the first time, the floor is covered with very small tiles to create a stone look. In addition to all these items, existing elements from the previous modules are also included to maintain the connection with the other modules. For example, the hilly landscape is continued in this module, and the kitchens in the two neighboring modules differ only minimally.

The 17th module continues Bag End to the left and is located in front of the kitchen. In keeping with the kitchen, this module features a well and a septic tank directly in front of the kitchen window. This is where the water from the small kitchen sink drains. Plants, plenty of greenery, and the path are also found on this module. The well extends to the base of the module, creating the impression of a real well

kitchen
The kitchen adjoins the living room and is connected to it by a hallway. The kitchen itself features a large table, two cupboards, a cooking area, and a small storage area. The kitchen itself is filled with many everyday necessities, herbs hang from the ceiling, and a small connecting door leads to the dining room next door. In addition to the fire pit, the fireplace also has a small additional oven or cooking area. The floor is paved with small tiles for the first time to create the look of a stone floor.

Corridor kitchen
In the 19th module, we find ourselves again in the connecting tunnel between the individual main rooms. The tunnel itself widens at this point and contains a small library, which also contains maps and other reference works. The bookshelf is integrated into the wall and thus does not protrude into the corridor. This module creates a connection to the kitchen and the remaining rooms in Bag End.

Meadow above the kitchen
The 20th module completes another construction phase and is located on the kitchen and the corridor with the library. Here, along with various bushes, there is another small chimney that vents the smoke from the kitchen. The hilly landscape continues here, with planting from the adjacent modules incorporated, creating a natural landscape of meadows and hills at Bag End.
