📌 Relationship Between Shipping Insurance and Return Policy
Letbricks offers Shipping Insurance, which ensures protection for your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If you purchased Shipping Insurance (10% Full Protection), your order is covered with 100% free reshipment or refund and you do not need to return the item.
- If you purchased Shipping Insurance (5% Standard Protection), you are eligible for 50% compensation of the order value, or free replacement of any damaged parts.
- For orders without Shipping Insurance, compensation will be based on the official report from the logistics provider. Letbricks does not guarantee full compensation and may require the customer to bear certain responsibilities.

🛍 Standard Return Policy (For Orders Without Shipping Insurance)
1. Return Conditions (Within 30 Days)
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unused and in new condition, with quality issues or significant defects.
- If the item has missing parts or severe shipping damage.
- Wrong items: If we sent the wrong item, you can return the incorrect product.
- Shipping damage: If the product is damaged during shipping and you did not purchase shipping insurance, we will evaluate the situation and offer either a return or replacement.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items not purchased from Letbricks.com.
- Items without valid or readable serial numbers, including those with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Physically damaged items caused by accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging and accessories.
- Lost return items: If the returned item is lost in transit, we cannot assist. We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning defective products.
- Items that do not meet the return requirements (such as damaged goods, deformities, or no quality issue).
3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If the package is damaged, deformed, or otherwise damaged due to personal reasons, or if you simply wish to return the package after receiving it, the customer will bear the return shipping costs and taxes.
📦 Return Process (RMA Authorization)
1️⃣ Submit a Return Request
To request a return, please contact service@letbricks.com for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product SKU (product code)
- Return reason (e.g., quality issue, shipping damage, missing parts, etc.)
- Product photos or evidence of damage (if applicable)
- Indicate whether you want a refund or exchange
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
2️⃣ Return the Product
- Return Address: After approval, we will provide you with the return address.
- Do not return the item without prior authorization, as we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- The returned item must be in original packaging with all accessories, including manuals, cables, and any other items originally included with the product.
- Please provide a tracking number for the return to ensure it can be traced during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
3️⃣ Refund or Exchange
- Once the returned product is received, Letbricks will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

⚠ Items Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return, and if we receive these items, you will bear the cost, and the items will be returned to you:
- Items not purchased from Letbricks.com.
- Items with invalid or unreadable serial numbers, including products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Items with physical damage caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
- Products missing original packaging and accessories, such as retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items that were originally included with the product.

If your order purchased Shipping Insurance and you experience loss, damage, or theft during shipping, please follow these steps to file a claim:
1️⃣ Contact Customer Support: Provide your order number and relevant supporting documents (such as shipping status, delivery photos, or damage evidence).
2️⃣ Confirm with the Carrier: We will verify the situation with the shipping carrier and confirm if you qualify for compensation.
3️⃣ Select Compensation Option: Depending on the situation, you can choose one of the following compensation options:
- Free Reshipment: If the product is lost or damaged and you purchased Shipping Insurance, Letbricks will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refund or Store Credit: For damaged products, we offer a full refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
⚠ Important Reminders:
- Only orders with Shipping Insurance are eligible for claims.
- If your order did not purchase 10% Shipping Insurance, and is lost or stolen, you may be eligible for compensation up to 30% of the order value.
- If your shipping address is at an unsecure location (such as a public mailbox or unattended delivery area), we strongly recommend selecting 10% Shipping Insurance for full protection.
